To change your shipping address, you will simply need to send us an email. If the item has not shipped out already, or has not been processed internally on our side – we will be able to update the address for you. Please note, it is the customers responsibility to give us the correct address on checkout. While we will make every endeavour to update the address for you where possible, in some instances it will not be possible. In those cases, we will not be held responsible for retrieval of the parcel, and any fees incurred to redirect the parcel or to replace the parcel will be the responsibility of you, the customer. 

You will receive tracking information when the parcel is shipped out. At that point, you will be able to track your item.
